Cancellation
Policy
Any Network
User who abuses, misuses or conveys doctrine contrary to WBN's
Statement of Faith and or Broadcasting Expectations will be
subject to immediate cessation of broadcasts and be given
suspension until broadcast content is corrected. Correction
cannot guarantee reinstatement.
Any Network
User who does not follow the Broadcasting Agreement will be
given a written warning that cites the infraction and
will have a compliance date stated within warning. If
compliance is not met by stated date, termination of
broadcasting will occur immediately without additional
warning.
WBN or A
Network User can cancel the broadcasting agreement and
terminate broadcast without reason. A fifteen day notification
by a Network User will be required in order to receive full
refund of any prepaid fees. If notification is not received
within the said 15 day period, up to one (1) program time slot
fee may be withheld from total refund.
Fee refunds
and fees in arrears will be paid in full within 30 days of
cancellation.
Reinstatement
of a Network User after cancellation will be reviewed on an
individual basis.
WBN reserves
the right to cancel/terminate any Network User based on the
breaking of the Broadcasting Agreement, FCC rules and
regulations, diversion from the basic tenants of the Gospel of
Christ, preaching and teaching doctrine in disagreement with
WBN's Statement of Faith and Broadcasting and Ministry
Expected Standard of Excellence.
Cancellation
or temporary suspension can occur based on replacement by a
more relevant and effective Network User. Notification will be
given within 15 days of said cancellation.
